There isn't anything you can do except try to take carfe of yourself - but from my own experience that is the last thing you will do.&lt;br&gt;

You will cry, and not sleep, and not eat, and life will be shit. Then one day you'll start to feel a bit better. Not much, just a bit. &lt;br&gt;

I'm not saying it won't work out, because it might - but I'm giving you the worst case scenario. Actually, the only advice I would give is to go back to work. It can keep your brain occupied.&lt;br&gt;
